Just cut your cheese into 1 inch thick then melt butter on cooking surface when very hot and grill your cheese until golden brown on all surfaces about two minutes per side . This Cheese delight is hand crafted in small batches by Flavio Assis and is Gluten Free/Vegetarian and tastes just like it did on the farm back in Brazil .
