Coalho Grilling Cheese nothing like it a traditional grilling cheese common in North East Brazil and delicious when grilled on your BBQ , Habatchi or camp fire , or fried in a non stick frying pan . Just cut your Cheese into 1 inch slices then melt or coat your grilling surface with butter and fry when surface is hot like real hot for a minute or two turning when surface of cheese is golden brown to the next surface until all 4 sides golden brown. This cheese is Gluten Free /Vegetarian , Made with 100% local milk, and hand crafted right here in British Columbia in small batches . A genuin taste of Brazil brought to by Flavio Assis .
